1 Product overview
Overview
The MR-ZT12 evaporation process experiment table is an experimental teaching device used in the laboratory for the visualization of different boiling forms of evaporation.
In the design of steam generators, understanding the evaporation process with boiling crisis is very important to ensure the reliable operation of the steam generator.

The boiling crisis is caused by the sudden deterioration of heat transfer, and the whole process can be tested through the MR-ZT12 test bench.
The evaporator of this experimental bench is a fully transparent experimental device made of plexiglass, which is convenient for the observation of the phenomenon during the experiment; using R1233ZD as the experimental liquid, compared with water, its boiling point is lower, about 18°C, So the whole experiment process can be carried out at lower temperature and lower heating power.
The test bench contains three circuits, the first circuit is the heating circuit, the second circuit is the evaporation circuit, and the third circuit is the cooling circuit.

1.2 Features
ØMR-ZT12 convective boiling process test bench The whole experiment process is carried out in a transparent pipeline, and the process is clear and observable;
ØThe experimental bench adjusts the pressure during the experiment through the cooling circuit;
ØThe whole experiment process can be carried out at a lower temperature and lower heating power;
ØUse R1233ZD as the experimental liquid. Compared with water, its boiling point is lower, about 18°C, so this experimental process can be carried out at a lower temperature and lower heating power.
