MR137M Pieces Distribution Module is an automation device designed for teaching practice. It is suitable for students and teachers to learn and experiment with PLC control, sensor application, pneumatic technology and mechanical structure principles. By simulating industrial automation scenarios, it helps users master the basic operations and programming logic of material identification, distribution and control systems.
This equipment consists of a feed bin, a pneumatic actuator, a sensor detection system and an electrical control interface, and realizes automatic operation through an external PLC and air source. The core function is to detect the state of the material block through the sensor, control the cylinder to push the material block to the specified position, and realize the cyclic feeding and distribution of the material.
