1. Product Introduction

1.1 Product Description

This training device is used to study the refrigeration compression cycle and evaporation system. The compressor drives the refrigerant to perform the refrigeration cycle, introduces the operation mode of the refrigeration circuit to students systematically, masters the principle of the refrigeration circuit and the operation mode of the compressor, and presents it systematically so that students can clearly understand the principle during the teaching process. Master the refrigeration principle and pipeline connection principle of the refrigeration circuit.

1.2 Product Features

The training table adopts a sheet metal welding frame structure, which is simple and firm. While reducing the overall weight of the equipment, it ensures the overall strength of the equipment. There are 4 universal wheels installed at the bottom, which can be easily moved.
The refrigeration cycle pipeline is laid on the equipment installation plate, and the high and low temperature zones are painted with different colors for easy observation and distinction.
The equipment has a good safety protection system. The compressor is equipped with a start protector, which can immediately stop the compressor from working when the system pressure is abnormal, protecting the compressor and the system safety;
The electrical control is installed in the control box with a leakage protection switch, an emergency stop button and reliable grounding protection measures to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
